About the role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Mexico Revenue Lead responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Mexico and other South American regions. As a key leadership team member, you will own the Mexico strategy & execution, foster a world-class culture, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Responsibilities

Revenue Growth Strategy & Targets : Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth plan to achieve company goals in Mexico.

Market Analysis : Conduct detailed research to identify growth opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.

Lead Generation : Create strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales.

Sales Pipeline Management : Oversee the sales pipeline to maintain a steady flow of opportunities and high conversion rates.

Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Brand Positioning : Ensure the ElevenLabs brand is well-positioned in Mexico to attract and retain clients.

Team Building : Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales and business development team.

Performance Management : Set performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to meet or surpass targets.

Process Optimization : Identify and implement improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Who you are

Our team members strive for excellence, support each other, take ownership, and enjoy exploring new territories. To succeed, you should possess :

Passion for text-to-speech AI, with a drive to make content more accessible and advance emerging technology.

10+ years in tech, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership or GM role.

Proven experience in owning and growing a regional P&L.

Strong understanding of AI / SaaS technologies and their commercial applications.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth or startup environments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish.
