Responsible to build and implement strategic plans that positions Apple as a leader for Music in Latin America.Identify, size, and prioritize new initiatives to drive growth.Build, maintain and expand business relationships with established and developing artists, management agencies and labels.Work cross-functionally and liaise with all elements of Apple Music to identify, develop and deploy key artist and content opportunities. This includes editorial, radio, marketing, PR, production, legal, design, brand experience (original content & events) and international.Encourage the editorial team to craft the best editorial experience possible.Continuously seek to improve and redefine the approach needed to grow the business, while delivering results on all priority projects.Devise strategic partnerships with the Business Development and Apple Music marketing teams, creating plans to drive engagement and increase the subscription funnel.Be responsible for generating increased awareness in all of our partners.Plan artist engagement based on the music strategy and release planning.Secure cross-platform opportunities within the wider Apple ecosystem - Apps, Podcasts, Apple TV+, Retail and more.Collaborate with and influence key partners across Apple Music including global leadership, marketing, Apple Music Radio, Shazam, Classical & more.Maintain outstanding attention to detail and obsess over the customer experience.
