At Platzi , we’re building the best mobile learning experience in Spanish. We’re looking for an Android Developer ready to take our app to the next level using Kotlin , Jetpack Compose , and the latest best practices in architecture, performance, and user experience.

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about mobile development, excited to work in a collaborative environment, and loves experimenting, measuring, and continuously improving. If you enjoy writing clean code, scaling real products, and building modular components, this is your opportunity.

Requirements

What you'll do

• Develop new features for our Android app using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Design and implement reusable components and modular libraries.
• Ensure high-quality code through testing, documentation, and clean practices.
• Propose improvements to mobile architecture and developer tooling.
• Take part in technical design, code reviews, and product discussions.
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Design, and Product teams in an agile environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI / CD pipeline.
• Promote secure, scalable, and high-performance development practices.
