POSITION OBJECTIVE
Evaluate health and safety problems in the workplace, generating prevention actions and providing medical assistance to people who are injured or ill in the workplace.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out periodic medical check-ups on occupationally exposed patients to environmental risks that pose a risk to your health
Participate in the diagnosis and prognosis of the health status of the institution.
Control records of the associates who have suffered a work related injury and completes accident forms for the Mexican Social Security.
Control Attention, Classification and Control Incident Reporting and illnesses.
Support to investigate the causes and establish preventive measures.
Timely report abnormalities in the provision of the service and propose alternatives for
solution.
Control compliance with established standards on occupational health.
Design and develop preventive health plans, programs, projects and preventive health indicators.
Maintains case histories, restricted duty progress history and other medical records and prepares accident reports.
Keep occupational health reports and indicators updated
Provide primary and emergency care for occupational injuries and illness and contribute in the design of controls for injury prevention and health surveillance related to actual and potential hazards in the work environment
Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information and participating in team problem-solving methods
Provides regular updates to Human Resources regarding updated injury reports, work status, and return to work transition
As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
Performs other related tasks as required

First Aid certification (or BLS)
Multitasking, listening, and verbal communication
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)

Bachelor's Degree in Medicine or related field
Min.
1 year in Industry.
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
Knowledge of French and German is an advantage.
