This position is based in San Jeronimo, Chihuahua, Mexico, just across the U.S. border.

• Responsibilities
• Determine and define project scope, objectives, and requirements, involving all relevant stakeholders, to ensure feasibility and alignment with the goal of the project
• Develop and execute detailed project plans that include measures to manage scope, requirements, schedule, cost, risk, communications, changes, etc.
• Monitor and report to stakeholders on the progress of all project activity, including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project status
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project lifecycle to continuously measure performance, identify areas of improvement, and ensure the project's success
• Submit project deliverables and obtain stakeholder acceptance
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Education and Ideal Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• 3~5 or years of project management or related experience; experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Preferred Skills and Abilities
• Commercial and business awareness; knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Ability to work proactively and independently and to remain flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity and pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish / Mandarin Chinese is a plus
• Ability to handle workload between different time zones
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage independently
