Descripción y Requisitos

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineer / Electronic / Electromechanical.
• Deep Knowledge Engineering Changes and documentation control.
• 5+ years of prior experience in industrial automotive industry
• 5 years of prior experience coordinating new projects & implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods.
• English 90% , Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).
• Efficient communication skills to manage CFT activities.
• Core Tools / SAP / APQP Knowledge
• ISO / IATF 16949
• Deep Knowledge on Customer Specific Requirements
• Leadership, Change Oriented Collaboration, Analytical. Judgment and Result Driven
• Knowledge on LPC (Life Product Cycle).
• Flexible attitude and strong initiative.
• MS Project
• Customer Applications and Portal knowledge
• Excellent listening, comprehension & interpersonal skills as responsible for daily communication via email and phone calls required
• Able to plan and organize subordinates.
• Green Belt Certification
