In this role, you’ll drive our User-Generated Content roadmap, building tools to unleash our community’s creativity. Own ‘creator mode’ systems in Gym Class - enabling players to design new worlds, build minigames, customize assets, and share their creations with the broader community. You’ll touch all parts of our stack - asset delivery systems, cosmetics and avatars, environments, networked physics, gameplay, UI, AI, and more. And you’ll ship features to a highly engaged community that’s ready to create and offer feedback.

What You'll Do

• Creation Tools : Design and build the user-facing creation and customization toolkit for Gym Class.
• Resource Management Systems : Develop user-facing systems to balance resources and assets available for creation, with the performance bar set for the game.
• Roadmap Development : Define and prioritize UGC roadmap. Work with cross-functional partners to gain deep understanding of our community. Prioritize tooling based on what creative use-cases / experiences they can unlock.
• Impact & Feedback Loop : Prototype and experiment with new ideas, track product analytics to understand impact.
