Education :  Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, IMA, IME, or similar

Bilingual English-Spanish

Experience in :

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position in manufacturing environment (preferred in metal mechanic)Experience in prepare and implement and promote Safety Culture System (ISO 14001)Security System (ISO-45001)IATF SystemGovernment regulations (local, state, federal)Waste management regulationsDevelopment of safety and environmental programsDevelop and promote a safety cultureMonitoring of accidents, incidents, near miss, firs aids, analysis (Machinery and equipment, building)Oriented to floor shop presenceContinuous improvement mindset
