Overview of the position :
Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
Analyse customer quality satisfaction, report and make strategies to improve the situation.
Typical tasks :
- Notification and monitoring of campaigns and technical service bulletins
- Support on warranty issues, service campaign and technical support of KMX distributors
- VoCM analysis in social media and report to management
- Quality clinic customer interviews and report elaboration
