Plant Controller SAL

Objective

Ensure the profitability of the plant by providing relevant financial information for better decision- making. Guarantee effective management of financial process and systems, with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities

• Analysis of the main financial drivers, obtaining and reporting insights.
• Verify the plant´s performance against proposed goals, and conduct reviews with the management team.
• Communicate the plant´s financial profitability on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, finding opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Integrate economic and operational information for the quotations of new programs, ensuring their profitability.
• Coordinate month-end closing activities to ensure the integrity of financial information
• Coordinate the plants budget and business plants, aligning the main KPIs with the business strategy
• Develop benchmarking exercises for the main business drivers, advise teams from a financial perspective to ensure results translate into high-impact projects for financial profitability
• Assist in internal and external audit processes to ensure their success.
