DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CUSTOMER EXPERIENCEProvide exceptional experiences to every customer using the Sell with Style steps.Professionally resolve all customer complaints, ensuring the customer leaves satisfied by listening, understanding, and finding a resolution.Share product knowledge for current add-ons when styling customers.Complete customer bag checks when required.SALESUnderstand store targets set daily, weekly, and monthly, and track store performance daily.Assist in achieving store sales and performance indicators.Track sales hourly using the store diary.Continuously improve all company KPIs.Utilize tools within the store diary to achieve KPI benchmarks.EAR PIERCINGUnderstand proper use of mechanical stud and clasp ear devices.Provide safe and sanitary ear piercing services.Recognize procedures for potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens.VISUAL MERCHANDISING AND HOUSEKEEPINGAssist in merchandising and housekeeping.Execute floor updates, range updates, and promotions as per planogram.Complete sale setups according to guidelines.Ensure signage is accurate and up-to-date.Perform daily cleaning tasks and store walks to ensure safety and cleanliness.Log maintenance issues within 24 hours.Keep the backroom organized and free of stock.PRODUCT MANAGEMENTProcess stock according to standards (IBT's etc.
Replenish stock within 24 hours of receipt.Complete stock audits weekly.Refill products daily and organize excess stock per standards.Ensure faulty products are repaired or scanned out the same day.BRAND AMBASSADORPresent yourself according to the Lovisa Style Guide.Wear the team piece on every shift.Maintain professionalism at all times.COMMUNICATIONRead, understand, and act on all Lowdown and communication notifications.Maintain open communication and utilize the store diary daily.Respond to calls within 24 hours and emails within 48 hours.OTHERComply with the Lovisa Employee and Security Manuals.Stay updated on policies and procedures.Maintain security awareness and cash register accuracy.Be flexible, proactive, and coachable.Work hours as per roster, with prior approval for outside hours.Perform other duties and projects as required.KEY MEASURES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESMonitor sales vs. growth on last year.Achieve above benchmark in average dollar sale and items per sale.Achieve 15%+ add-ons and 90% LOLA completion.Note : This job is active and not expired.
