Technology Consultants are responsible for implementing and configuring technical infrastructure, including web applications, layered software, hardware platforms, and operating systems. They regularly consult with clients on best practices, issue resolution, and experience guidance to improve performance and reliability of client environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical solutions for clients according to technical designs.
• Occasionally provide detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions.
• Understand a broad spectrum of technologies to develop detailed technical designs meeting customer requirements.
• Lead small to medium technical projects, working with project managers and client representatives, liaising with Solutions Architects.
• Provide technical support and advice on technology applications within specific business segments.
• Advise on solution and integration opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership on integration activities.
• Support planning and design of solution architectures for multi-system environments.
• Communicate effectively across client communities, adding value.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and ensure project learnings are documented. May lead a project team.

Qualifications
