Requirements
Required Qualifications : 3–5 years of experience in IT support roles Proficiency with Windows 10, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite Imaging and deploying Windows OS Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP / IP, Ethernet, Windows Networking) Experience supporting networked printers and AV systems Familiarity with asset management and inventory tracking Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle Preferred Qualifications : Experience in automotive manufacturing industry preferred MCP and / or A+ Certifications Experience in a help desk or call center environment Skilled in spreadsheet and reporting tools Strong written documentation and reporting abilities Experience supporting executive-level users
