Job Objective

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards by planning production schedules, allocating resources, monitoring productivity, maintaining quality control, and addressing any issues that arise throughout the manufacturing process. Meet the production target by optimizing costs, setting and achieving production targets efficiently at set quality levels. Competency requirements

Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering : 5 years’ experience in similar position in the plastic injection molding (Bilingual).Microsoft Office : Molding knowledge of preference Analytical capabilities to identify and fix production analytical and problem-solving communication and leadership manufacturing processes and lean in production planning and of quality control methods and to manage budgets and costs knowledge of production organizational and time management skills.

Position-Specific Responsibilities
