Job Responsibilities

Objetivo de la Posición : Support activities related to Product Engineering. These include, but are not limited to, customer support, plant support, and functional groups in projects focused on scrap reduction, warranties, OEE issues, cost reduction ideas evaluation, support to purchasing in supplier change and development, parts communication, implementation of cost-saving and value-increasing projects.

Conocimientos

  • Interpretation of drawings, 3D Design Packages, Geometric Tolerances, Mechanical Element Design, Tolerance Analysis, Validation Plans, Material Properties, Manufacturing Processes, AIAG Core Tools, VA / VE knowledge, problem-solving skills.

Experiencia

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Analytical skills, planning abilities, understanding of engineering concepts and design principles.
  • Knowledge of computational software, organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. German is a plus.
  • Understanding of CAD / CAE tools, preferably NX and / or CATIA.
