Job Title : Customer Service Agent

Location : Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico

Job Summary :  As a Customer Service Agent at Redial BPO, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll communicate via phone, email, and chat, maintaining accurate records and collaborating with your team to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet performance targets for quality and efficiency.
  • Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skill s (both verbal and written).
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
