Location : Mexico / Central America Based (100% Remote)
Reports to : Certification Manager
Job Type : Considered self-employed, contracted outside the USA.
Salary : $2200- $2500 USD per Month

Position Overview :
The Certification Specialist (CS) is responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions of the certification program. This includes reviewing ROC applications, evaluating documentation, and coordinating certification decisions based on recommendations from approved certification bodies. The CS also helps maintain key client data in ROA’s certification database (Intact) and ensures responsive support for partners and applicants.
This role requires a strong understanding of global supply chains and international certification standards across various sectors. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming food systems through regenerative organic practices.
