Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift- On Site

• This position supervises a team of support and / or production level of hourly / direct employees in Manufacturing Operations. - The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives. - Monitors cell performance : productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility. - Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives. - Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing. - Performs role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.

Experiencia y requisitos

Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field - 5 years as Team Leader or similar position - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Knowledge in : - Experience Leading Projects - Personnel management - Intermediate knowledge in SAP - Ability to develop recovery plans, result oriented and excellent communication skills - Ability to provide direction of technical and complex issues to support personnel - Production plan follow up and execution - English (Intermediate) - Available to work in 1st or 2nd shift. - Office 360
