GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
The F&I Specialist is responsible for the proper administration and coordination of the incentive payment process, in line with all agreements established in the commercial offer for each month and aligned with the approved amount. They will also oversee the payment process from start to finish. At the end of each payment cycle, the specialist must reflect the payment outcome based on each program, analyzing the results and the effectiveness of the strategy.
At the beginning of each month, they must present the Sales Expenses (VME) results to the Sales Management, Finance, and General Management, including variances against BP or Forecast.
As part of their analysis, the specialist must analyze, compose, and present the monthly and quarterly results of the Sales Finance indicator, as well as Cash Offers.
This role requires communication, interaction, and coordination with various departments to generate information and ensure operational continuity. Additionally, the Incentives Specialist must maintain close communication and relationships with the Dealer Network to resolve and support administrative matters related to the role. The activities of the Incentives Specialist are carried out within the Sales Department, reporting directly to the F&I Manager, with information that may be reported either indirectly or directly to General Management.
