High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computers, typing and phone.
