We are also diversiying our activities in the railway industry and in the agriculture machines.

In order to support the growth of Senstronic Inc., our North-American subsidiary, we are seeking one Sales Administrative Assistant in León, GUA.

Your missions :

Reporting to the manager of the Sales Administrative team, your main responsibilities are :

  • Supporting sales prospecting and existing sales projects
  • Managing orders and commercial agreements on a daily basis
  • Ensuring a high level of quality and rapidity of information communicated

Working with all the company's departments, you will be responsible for the Italian market (automakers, parts manufacturers, line integrators).

In order to meet these objectives, your missions will focus on two main areas :

  • Sales assistance
  • Assisting the technical sales engineer in managing sales projects, and communicating with customers
  • Drafting responses to specifications, exchanging documents
  • Follow-up of contracts, schedules and contractual obligations, exchanges with Development and Methods Department staff, follow-up of internal schedules, follow-up of production start-ups and compliance with delivery deadlines, management of logistics.
  • Preparing and drawing up quotations
  • Monitor the sales activities of the technical sales engineer on a market
  • Customer identification
  • Telephone prospecting
  • Make appointments
  • Production of dashboards, follow-up of ongoing sales actions
  • Sales administration
  • Enter orders
  • Monitor compliance with delivery deadlines
  • Draw up and send order acknowledgements
  • Manage customer shipments, relations with customs forwarding agents, communicate information required for customs clearance and transport insurance.
  • Your profile :

    You have a first work experience on a similar position.

    You have a good command of the Office pack and have already worked on an ERP system.

    Given the international dimension of our group and of the position, you have an advanced or bilingual level (C1-C2) in Spanish and an advanced level in English (C1).
