Training Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead our training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective training programs that support employee growth and align with company goals. The Training Manager will assess organizational learning needs, develop learning strategies, and collaborate with department heads to ensure staff are equipped with the skills needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consultation with managers.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, e-learning, and other educational materials.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
• Oversee onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
• Manage training budgets, vendors, and training resources.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in training technologies and methodologies.
• Prepare reports on training activities, ROI, and outcomes for senior management.
