Position Overview :

• Design and manage in-house direct mail operations with a focus on cost efficiency and control
• Build and optimize social media funnels and paid ad campaigns to acquire sellers and lenders
• Develop integrated data systems using AI tools to inform marketing strategy and decision-making
• Use platforms like ChatGPT, Zapier, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM integrations to streamline workflows
