If you are interested in this role, you must be able to relocate or be a resident.As a QA Engineer, you will support the development, implementation, and operation of quality control programs and procedures.

This involves translating customer specifications and industry standards into product / process criteria and creating control plans to meet those requirements.

You will address daily production quality issues within manufacturing plants, customer sites, and supplier facilities.Responsibilities & Requirements : Coordinate with production to plan and execute inbound and production checksManage relations with customers or third-party inspectorsParticipate in external supplier quality testing and auditsParticipate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) eventsMonitor product portfolio KPIs and implement effective root cause corrective actions to address gaps to targetsManage customer witness inspectionsMaintain and analyze data to identify problems and inform management and stakeholders about process or product qualityCreate awareness among leadership about discovered or developed opportunities and how to realize themCollaborate with other departments to clarify or resolve QC-related issuesProvide all required documents as per QAP to customers, coordinating with internal departments and resolving documentation queriesPerform other duties as assignedPreferred Experience & Skills : Experience with engineering and utilization of Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologiesExperience in quality control departmentsUnderstanding of product / process flowStrong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5-7 years of relevant experience
