About the role
As an AR Manager, you will serve as a key contributor to HeadQuarters’ operations, managing client accounts and internal processes with autonomy and accountability. You’ll play a critical role in overseeing accounts receivable activities for our cannabis-industry clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellence in execution and communication.
This role is ideal for seasoned Accounts Receivable professionals with a solid track record in team leadership, client management, and process improvement. You will step into a senior-level position where strategic thinking and execution go hand in hand, all within a dynamic, remote-first environment.
You’ll lead a team of AR professionals, drive client satisfaction, enhance reporting systems, and actively contribute to business growth. As a people leader, you’ll coach and develop your team, set performance expectations, and uphold quality standards while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful outcomes.
