    • About the Role
    • The Human Resources Director will serve as a driving talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational culture initiatives to align with Invisible's long-term objectives.

      This role focuses on fostering a high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing innovative programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

      They will oversee HR operations, ensure compliance, and leverage data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize processes.

    • This is a full-time onsite role in Juarez, Mexico.
    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Talent Acquisition

    • Oversee talent acquisition initiatives to ensure a consistent pipeline of top-tier talent and develop long-term workforce planning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Build and elevate Invisible's employer brand by crafting and executing strategies that position the company as an employer of choice.
    • Lead the integration and optimization of Talent Acquisition technologies including the ATS, engineering and skills assessments.
    • Performance and Productivity

    • Foster and sustain a high-performance culture by designing and implementing systems to proactively address performance issues.
    • Implement performance management programs including annual reviews, objective setting, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Promote organizational alignment by instilling Invisible's core values, vision, mission and long-term objectives.
    • Employee Development & Retention

    • Build development programs to address skill gaps, prepare leaders, and build organizational capabilities.
    • Design and execute succession planning initiatives.
    • Refine onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into Invisible's culture, enhancing productivity and engagement from day one.
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify organizational needs and implement development programs to upskill employees and enhance capabilities.
    • Drive employee experience initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and long-term retention.
    • HR Operations and Employee Relations

    • Act as a strategic advisor by providing guidance on complex employee management challenges, including grievance resolution and disciplinary processes.
    • Lead investigations and oversee resolution of sensitive employee matters, including harassment, ethics violations, and compliance concerns, ensuring a legally sound approach.
    • Oversee all HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices while optimizing HR systems and processes.
    • Leverage data and analytics to inform HR strategies, enabling data-driven decision-making and actionable insights at all levels of the organization.
    • Lead the integration and optimization of HR technologies.
    • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation, ensuring alignment with market trends, internal equity, and strategic priorities.
    • May occasionally be asked to work weekends or evenings based on business needs.
    • QUALIFICATIONS :

    • Typically requires a minimum of 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree
    • Fluent in English
    • 3+ years of experience managing and leading teams required
