We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Specialist to join our team in Mexico, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Required Skills :

• Resource Management : Proven ability to manage, allocate, and optimize resources efficiently.
• Project Management : Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
• Leadership & Team Management : Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members, with the ability to handle both technical and interpersonal challenges.
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem Solving : Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions related to resource allocation, skills gaps, and project delays.
• Technical Knowledge : Understanding of IT processes and technologies, even if not directly involved in technical execution, to make informed decisions.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, project needs, and resource availability to make data-driven decisions.
• Time Management : Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Budget Management : Experience in managing budgets for resources, including personnel and technology costs.
• Understanding of QA process(mandatory).
