JOB SUMARY

Responsible for ensuring an organization's compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as implementing programs to promote a safe and sustainable workplace.

JOB DETAIL

Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal Environmental Health and Safety laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA, RBA, ISO standards, etc.).Maintain a current understanding of EHS legislation and update company policies tools to assess workplace safety and environmental risks, and implement controls to minimize waste reduction, recycle programs, and overall sustainability initiatives to achieve environmental internal and external audits and inspections related to Environmental, Health, and Safety regular EHS metrics, dashboards, and performance reports for management. EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Bachelor degree on Engineering (Master degree is a plus)8 years of experience in maquiladora industry5 years min in management positionsStrong knowledge of EHS regulationsExcellent organizational and problem-solving leadership and communication skills.
