Strong experience on APQP and new projects on costing new projects (Labor-Overhead-Materials)Experience on shipping material Tools and Lean Manufacturing and Tooling drawings experience (min 5 years).Able to Manage multiple projects at the same problems and analytical Manufacturing skills and ability to work at all levels of employees within all areas of the Plant.

Define the goals and objectives for your direct reports with supporting Key Performance : Assume responsibility for all production activities across multiple production areas at one of our manufacturing sites and accept accountability for delivering the Key Performance Goals / Targets establishedIn charge of Equipment Maintenance and Process Engineering personnel

Develop and execute sustained Continuous Improvement processesManage by walking around going to the Gemba to observe and ask questions and being an active listenerModel an open and inclusive communication style at the daily production boards, in the weekly project update meetings, and in the monthly KPI Board reviews and Town Hall meetingsPartner with your peers on the Site Leadership Team, aligning on strategies, tactics, and actions needed to achieve the Site’s resume in English
