Orthopedic Surgeon Medical Director

About the Role : We are seeking a highly experienced Orthopedic Surgeon or Regenerative Medicine Specialist to serve as a Consultant for the design and development of a new regenerative medicine clinic.

This role is not an employee position , but a high-level advisory engagement ideal for a senior medical professional who can provide end-to-end strategic and technical input.

Your expertise will guide the clinic from concept to operational readiness, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and alignment with best practices in regenerative medicine.

Ideal Profile : Licensed Orthopedic Surgeon , Regenerative Medicine Specialist , or General Practitioner with significant experience in clinical operations.

Strong familiarity with COFEPRIS processes and documentation.

Prior involvement in the planning or launch of a medical clinic is highly desirable.

Strong project management and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities : Develop a comprehensive list of infrastructure, equipment, and medical supplies required to launch a regenerative medicine clinic.

Create all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and clinical protocols tailored to regenerative therapies.

Define required medical and administrative staff , along with credential and training requirements for each role.

Assist in the hiring plan for both healthcare professionals and administrative team members.

Prepare technical and administrative documentation necessary for COFEPRIS application and compliance.

Draft required documentation for New City approval processes.

Design a preliminary patient flow and clinic logistics plan , ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality service.

Offer ongoing support and revisions to documentation as needed by the internal team or legal consultants.
