Carolina Logistics Inc. is connecting a logistics industry.

Using a combination of technologies, experience, and exceptional service, we help companies move products across North America, starting with the world's largest trade routes : Mexico / US / Canada / cross-border trucks.

• Responsibilities

Communication and negotiation with contractors of the company on USA market (English speakers)

Register of contracts and agreements

Organization and coordination of transportation

Control of timely of cargo

Record keeping

Ability to build working relationships.

Effective communication and follow-up.

Negotiation on service rates.

No working experience is required.

English level upper intermediate or higher

Willingness to work with the market and clients from the USA.

Experience of working in the following companies is a plus - Teletech / American Express / Telvista / Teleperformance / Human capital

Record-keeping, time-management, and organization skills

Client management and data management skills

Analytical and multitasking skills

What do we offer?

Schedule : Monday to Friday from 7 : 50 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. (1 hour of lunch included)

10 days of vacation at 6 months

Base salary (USD) + commissions
