Senior Key Account Manager

The Senior Key Account Manager position for Torreon requires a broad knowledge of the Dairy Industry, also proven technical & production knowledge.

Require the skills and experience of implementing processes to approach all stakeholders of large Dairy Operations including board.

The Senior Key Account Manager aligns & coordinates action plans & resources toward value creation for these accounts as well as to Zoetis, going beyond on the creative business plan through direct interaction with Zoetis marketing and Technical department.

The Zoetis KAM will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant Zoetis divisions and departments (Technical Services, Marketing, Finance, L&D, Zoetis LT and HR).

• MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Build win-win long term business to business relationships between Dairy KA and Zoetis.
• Seek & detect customer needs to determine priorities & offer customized solutions based deep analysis according Zoetis strategies.
• Creates a compelling Business Plan per Strategic Account.

Set clear account objectives, define key actions and get resources to build a value proposition.

• Set clear metrics to measure advance.
• Align & coordinate FF that provide support to Dairy Accounts (3).
• Creates unique capabilities to differentiate from competitors.

By building and developing capabilities to measure product performance at field level.
