Descripción y Requisitos
English is a must
l Supervision of chemical management in the plant
l Responsible for compliance with air emissions and JMAS water discharge.
l Control of safety data sheets of products used in the company
l Control of non-hazardous organic solid waste, domestic type, pallets, cardboard, wood and special waste.
l Administration of regulatory compliance of activities to prevent accidents or work-related illnesses
l Coordinate fire prevention activities NOM-002-STPS and Contingency Plan.
l Participation in company hygiene programs, hearing conservation, vision, health fair, etc.
l Ensure environmental and safety legal compliance of the company's suppliers.
l Coordinate the company 's safety committees, CSH, and participation Ergonomics committee.
l Coordinate external services of contractors for safety and environmental studies, analysis and management.
l Coordinate with maintenance the activities necessary to maintain environmental and safety legal compliance
l Attend audits by authorities to the company. PROFEPA, STPS, SEDUE, CIVIL PROTECTION, JMAS.
l Responsible for the management, temporary storage and disposal of hazardous and hazardous waste according to SEMARNAT, PROFEPA AND EPA.
l Studies of risky operations in the company and the establishment of the use of personal protective equipment.
l Carry out the official documentation required by SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, JMAS and ensure that the company works according to the requirements set by the authorities.
l Carry out the formation of commissions and brigades required by the Ministry of Labor.
l Documentation, communication and supervision of internal industrial safety procedures within the company.
l Monitoring of causes of work accidents.
l Drills. (Risk of fires, spills, etc.)
l Coordinate groups of Internal Auditors of the Environmental Management System.
Requirements : l Bachelor's degree
l English proficiency
l Environmental administration
l 5 years of experience in the same position
l Administration of safety and hygiene at work
l Fire prevention and control
l First Aid
l Ergonomics
l Use and management of fire extinguishers
l Management of chemicals and hazardous waste.
l Inherent risk analysis for determining personal protective equipment
l Chemical spill control
l ISO 13485 Certificate / Diploma (if applicable)
