Role Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales with expertise in structured cabling and general dry infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of industry-leading brands such as Panduit, Furukawa, and CommScope. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, enabling effective communication with stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical pre-sales support for structured cabling solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Design and recommend infrastructure solutions, including J-hooks, conduits, and cable trays, tailored to project needs.
  • Conduct detailed product technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical documentation.
  • Analyze client requirements and ensure proposed solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
  • Maintain expertise in Panduit, Furukawa, and CommScope product lines to recommend optimal configurations and technologies.
  • Write technical proposals based on developed solution.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in pre-sales or technical roles, specializing in structured cabling and infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of dry infrastructure components, including J-hooks, conduits, and cable trays.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory ).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients and technical teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, including ANSI / TIA and ISO / IEC for structured cabling systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

    • Preferred Skills (not mandatory)

  • Certifications in Panduit, Furukawa, or CommScope are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Visio, or other design tools for infrastructure planning.
  • Proactive problem-solving and strong organizational skills
