What You Will Do Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects Collaborating with regional sales team consultatively with client / stakeholders. Helping them to envision the possibility of mobility Perform production demonstrations that articulate the business and technical value of SOTI solutions Educate on and facilitate SOTI solutions that can effectively address both business and technical outcomes Present the solution architecture, including all technical aspects of the product Provide pre-sales technical support, installing and configuring enterprise software solutions during POC to prospective customers Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues & generate recommendations for product roadmaps (feature request) Assist with execution of internal team projects and initiatives Experience You will Bring Minimum of 7 years of work experience. With experience related to mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, SaaS Prior experience working in a technical customer-facing role. Ideally as a pre-sales / sales engineer Knowledge of computer networking principles (DNS, IP network, Firewalls, etc.) Knowledge with Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Application Management (IAM), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Identity provider (IdP), certificates, encryption, etc. Knowledge of Active Directory, certificate authorities and identity management systems Understanding and experience with Databases (i.e. MS SQL server, MY-SQL, MongoDB, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs Understanding and / or knowledge of business processes Understanding with containerization and virtualization Work autonomous with minimum supervision Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives Nice to Have Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) - Exchange or equivalent experience AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Android Enterprise professional Any formal sales training - value selling, SPIN, miller Heiman Understanding of Rest APIs and coding (i.e. Java Scripting, HTML, etc.) Understanding or knowledge of Cloud Computing Experience with customer service / Incident management software Multilingual capabilities #LI-MV If you want to bring your ideas to life, apply at SOTI today.
