Responsibilities : - Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and follow-up.- Manage the sales calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling of appointments - and timely communication with clients.- Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals, ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism- Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments to facilitate clear communication and information flow.- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing information on Equivity's services and addressing any concerns.- Regularly update and distribute sales-related information to ensure all team members are well-informed and aligned.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM software
Experiencia y requisitos
Key Requirements : - High sense of responsibility.- At least 2 years of experience in Sales.- Proficient in handling constant inbound calls and processing outbound calls.- Excellent verbal communication skills.- Written and conversational English skills (100% fluency).- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Flexible availability to respond to certain inquiries during weekends.
