Senior Fullstack Software Engineer PHP (Laravel) & React

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with client stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
  • Develop efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high-quality code.
  • Assist in project planning and estimation using appropriate methods and tools.
  • Gather requirements and present developed features to clients.
  • Execute complex activities within current standards, demonstrating success across projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user needs and improve solutions.
  • Participate in agile practices like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the Engineering Practice community.
  • Drive project delivery independently, from design to deployment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with React (JavaScript), PHP, and Laravel.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles, UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
  • Experience building scalable, performant enterprise systems.
  • Mentoring skills and organizational decision-making experience.
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles and OWASP standards.
  • Proficiency in English.

    • Requirements

  • Experience with ORMs.
  • Knowledge of architectural patterns (Microservices, Serverless) and design patterns (Factory, Singleton, Observer).
  • Unit testing expertise.
  • Experience working with Docker / Kubernetes in cloud environments.
  • Technologies specific to client projects will be discussed during interviews.
