As a global leader in engineering and digital solutions.CNC Programmer Engineer : Aerospace Join a growing aerospace manufacturing team as a CNC Programmer Engineer, specializing in 5-axis milling and Siemens controllers.

This high-impact role supports production through advanced CNC programming, tooling design, and process optimization.Key Responsibilities : Develop and optimize 5-axis CNC programs using Mastercam.Set up, troubleshoot, and improve machining processes (primarily aluminum T6).Design fixtures / tooling in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.Interpret technical drawings and ensure high-precision manufacturing.Operate and guide CNC equipment; ensure dimensional accuracy with precision tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives.Requirements : Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.5+ years of experience in CNC programming (5-axis).Solid knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik and Fanuc controls.Proficiency in Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD.Experience with geometric dimensioning and inspection tools.Bilingual : English & Spanish.Preferred : Background in aerospace or aluminum machining.Strong troubleshooting skills and continuous improvement mindset.
