Our client is a fast-growing AI company focused on optimizing high-impact customer interactions across voice and digital channels. Their performance-based business model ensures clients only pay for measurable, incremental value.

They offer a cutting-edge orchestration platform that integrates with existing systems, intelligently assigns interactions to the most suitable resources, and optimizes timing, channels, and offers. This solution is already driving results across sectors such as telecom, insurance, utilities, and education—boosting conversion, recovery, and efficiency in both inbound and outbound operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Open doors at target clients (Telco, Banking, Insurance, Education, Utilities), based on existing relationships and strategic knowledge.
Serve as senior sponsor in key meetings and negotiations.
Help define go-to-market strategy for Mexico, in coordination with the CEO and local business developers.
Identify strategic partners (system integrators, local resellers, etc.)

Profile Requirements :

Former senior executive (C-level or equivalent) in major Telco, Financial Institution, Insurance, or related sector with proven track record.

Strong network and credibility with decision-makers in Mexico’s customer operations space.

Interest in supporting innovation and technology-driven business models.

Incentive Package :

Gain-share model : up to 10% of revenue originated in your perimeter, with a cap of 10M€ revenue (i.e., up to 1M€).

After the cap, a reduced % of ongoing revenue applies, conditional to active involvement.

Phantom Shares, vesting based on milestones (e.g., signed contracts, pipeline size, annual revenue targets).

Incentive milestones :

Fixed support retainer : €2.000–€5.000 / month, depending on profile and availability.

Bonus upon first signature : agreed success fee linked to initial contract closure.

Bonus for 6-month continuity : linked to sustained engagement and support.

Performance bonus : tied to results achieved at 12 and 24 months.

Commitment & Structure :

Flexible / advisory involvement, not full-time employment.

Suitable for senior executives still active in strategic roles or semi-retired professionals seeking high-impact engagements.

Remote-friendly; occasional travel or presence for key client meetings expected.
