About the Position
We are looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)who will take inbound leads generated through form submissions and jump on scheduled calls to close the sale.You'll be responsible for managing the sales pipeline using
Close CRMand tracking interactions using spreadsheets.This is a results-driven role ideal for someone who is confident, resourceful, and experienced in closing sales in a remote SaaS environment.
ResponsibilitiesFollow up promptly with inbound leads generated through the website formConduct sales calls to understand prospect needs and close the dealMaintain accurate and up-to-date information in Close CRMTrack lead progress and results using spreadsheetsCommunicate regularly with the team via SlackCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding post-saleQualificationsNative or near-native English fluency (spoken and written)2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generationExperience working remotely with U.S. or Canada-based startupsPrevious experience in a SaaS company is highly preferredStrong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Close CRM)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAvailable to work during EST or MST hoursIf this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!_
