Overview :
We are seeking individuals with a unique blend of technical and financial expertise to join one of our client's FP&A Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for their customers, offering expert assistance on technical and product-related issues. This role
will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with finance professionals, including C-level executives, and gain insights into how various industries approach financial planning, strategic decision-making, and digital transformation.
On a daily basis, you will :
- Act as the primary contact for customers, guiding them to maximize the potential of our product and support their financial digital transformation.
- Resolve complex issues related to our FP&A software, working closely with our engineering and product teams to enhance product capabilities.
- Develop deep product expertise to provide effective user guidance and training.
- Work with team members to provide global support, adapting to the diverse needs of our international customer base.
- Understand and support the unique financial strategies and digital transformations of clients from various industries.
- Diagnose product issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve our product's functionality.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide top-notch customer service by addressing and resolving technical issues through email, and occasionally via live calls for more complex cases.Collaborate with engineering to diagnose and solve software bugs, and provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.Educate users on best practices, new features, and troubleshooting processes to enhance their experience with our platform.Engage in deep problem-solving activities, analyzing financial data and technical issues to provide timely and accurate solutions.Track and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience in FP&A or financial planning is required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience Building Financial StatementsProficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.Ability to provide empathetic and patient customer service, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.Demonstrated ability to independently learn and apply new knowledge.Nice to have :
Experience in technical support, financial software, or related fields is a plus.Familiarity with ERPs, BI tools, SaaS, and finance is a plus.Experience with Zendesk, Slack, Jira, Notion, Product Board, Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus.
