Purpose : Assists in the management of process engineering supply chain project plans, key milestones and objectives, to ensure engineering outputs meet customer’s operational needs and requirements. Delivers front-line solutions for Process Engineering non-conformance, subsequent corrective, and preventive actions, by documenting, investigating, and conducting root cause analysis, and successfully implementing corrective actions. Assist in the establishment of engineering reports to escalate to management, along with status updates relative to success in meeting critical goals and objectives. Forecasts process validations on all ongoing Process Engineering initiatives for subsequent operational integration and supply chain implementation. Facilitates supervision of Process Engineering Technician activity, supporting and enforcing site-specific safety and industrial hygiene requirements. Ensures in a timely manner, escalation of any Process Engineering issues or concerns to the next management level. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.​ Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. • Provide technical support for the approval and validation of changes and improvements in processes within your manufacturing site and / or with the supplier.
• Provide technical support for the resolution of component quality issues
• Potentially coordinate supervisory activities in technical areas of MEST (Manufacturing Engineering Science and Technology) (RMI / CAD / BOM)
• Maintain supply chain continuity by qualifying and validating tools through component approval procedures
