Our mission for the next few years is to create a seamless and scalable content creation and syndication experience for 5,000 clients.

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day planning, development and execution of our clients social media strategy.

To thrive in this role, you should have solid experience managing social media profiles, projects, along with strong customer service, verbal and writing skills.

• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the point of contact for clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships and maintain frequent contact.
• Develop and implement social strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Manage and coordinate team members across the company to ensure clients and projects needs are met.
• Prepare and present digital progress reports to clients.
• Keep up with current trends on social media.
• REQUIREMENTS
• Hands on experience with social media strategy
• Ability to answer client's requests quickly and effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
