Job Description

We are seeking a candidate to provide complete, concise, and assertive advice to clients. Responsibilities include :

Unlocking cards.

Monitoring confidentiality compliance.

Performing remote collections in specific cases outside the standard process.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience in a call center, specifically in banking ATC.

Excellent attitude.

Enjoyment for customer service.

Availability to work flexible hours.
