Job Summary :
Serves as the direct point of contact with the customer and coordinates regular production requirements.
Responsibilities : Assist Customer Service Manager with the following :
Receives and responds to customer inquiries, handles complaints related to shipments, and notifies relevant departments of any changes in customer requirements. Receives and processes customer purchase orders for regular production, miscellaneous items, and NPIs. Informs the customer of the status of their purchase orders and shipments. Monitors all order entries related to production and prototype orders in the Macola system. Analyzes customer demand and notifies planning and purchasing departments of any variations. Follows up with planning to ensure orders are scheduled on time and appropriately. Responsible for sending order confirmations to customers, either in PDF or through the portal as applicable. Attends the daily production meeting.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in a Manufacturing setting preferred. Analytical skills. Bilingual (Spanish-English). Proficient in MS Office. Negotiation skills. Effective communication.
