Bilingual (English and Spanish) mandatory.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in a professional setting.

Ability to carry a conversation with outstanding customer service.

Ability to translate conversation if needed.

  • Reaching out to customer via telephone may be required in order to obtain additional information.
  • This is NOT a sales position.
  • Locating people via social media with limited information is crucial to the position.
  • Clerical data entry is required.
