The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic Account Executive / Sales Manager to join our growing team and help establish our sales foundation. This is a unique opportunity to shape our sales strategy, processes, and culture while building a high-performing sales organization from the ground up. You'll work directly with leadership to develop scalable sales methodologies and mentor future team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach : Execute strategic digital outreach campaigns to identify and engage qualified prospects across multiple channels
- Relationship Building : Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers at target companies through consultative selling approaches
- Virtual Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations via video conferencing to close new business
- Client Consultation : Understand prospect business challenges and position Guac Design's outcome-focused solutions as strategic partnerships
- Sales Process Development : Collaborate with leadership to refine and document sales processes, best practices, and methodologies
- Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting and reporting
- Market Intelligence : Gather competitive insights and market feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategy

Required Qualifications :
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in creative services, SaaS, or professional servicesExperience with digital prospecting and online relationship buildingStrong virtual presentation and closing skills via video conferencing platformsSelf-motivated with ability to thrive in a commission-only environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with CRM systems and sales automation toolsStrong English skillsPreferred Qualifications :
Design Background : Experience in UX / UI design, digital product design, or branding (training provided for motivated candidates)Cold Email Expertise : Demonstrated success with email outreach campaigns and lead nurturing sequencesPrevious experience in a founding or early-stage sales roleUnderstanding of outcome-based selling and value proposition developmentFamiliarity with design agency or creative services sales cyclesWhat We Offer
