As the Client Partner Account Specialist you will :

• Account Management : Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.- Program Support : End to end management of account projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients..- Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Prepare reports and presentations that deliver insights to both clients and internal teams.- Team Collaboration : Work closely with channel teams, such as SEM, SEO, Social, Display, to ensure that client solutions are aligned with overall business goals.- Client Communication : Serve as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring that clients receive timely updates on project progress and outcomes.

Professional Qualifications :

Google analytics.

Project management tools- Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
