Role Overview : We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Business Analyst to support a strategic consulting engagement focused on setting up a Global Capability Center (GCC) .

The role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders to design the Target Operating Model (TOM) , define business processes, establish HR policies, perform location / real estate assessments, and develop comprehensive documentation including the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and operating blueprints.

Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements related to GCC setup Support the definition and design of the Target Operating Model across functions such as IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Customer Support Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to recommend improvements or greenfield designs aligned to GCC delivery goals Assist in the formulation of HR policies, talent strategies, and organizational structures aligned to offshore / nearshore delivery models Perform location analysis including assessment of talent pool, cost drivers, infrastructure, risk, and compliance for GCC site recommendation Develop and maintain high-quality documentation including BRD, TOM blueprints, process design documents, and policy frameworks Support executive presentations and deliverables for stakeholder alignment and program governance Participate in workshops, interviews, and data collection activities to drive actionable insights Coordinate across workstreams to ensure timely integration of strategy, design, and implementation planning Required Qualifications : 5-6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or transformation programs Proven experience in GCC setup, shared services, or global delivery organizations

• Strong analytical, documentation, and process modelling skills (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
• Familiarity with operating model design frameworks and HR / organizational policies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to real estate / location analysis and offshore / nearshore delivery strategy Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred
