We are seeking a world-class Executive & Personal Assistant to support the CEO by operating with precision, anticipating needs, protecting time, and seamlessly managing both personal and professional logistics.Role SummaryYou will serve as a high-leverage force multiplier to the CEO of Unosquare.

Calendar & Time StewardshipFully own the CEO's calendar as a strategic asset : prioritizing needle-moving meetings, protecting focus blocks, and proactively avoiding conflicts.Prepare detailed daily briefing docs with context, materials, and actionable summaries.Align personal calendar logistics (family, travel, wellness, etc.)

Communications ManagementDraft, organize, and triage high-stakes communications (emails, messages, briefs).Act as a trusted proxy in coordinating internal and external stakeholders, following up on CEO's behalf with clarity and tone.Maintain discretion while handling confidential and sensitive information.3.
Meeting Orchestration & Follow-ThroughSchedule, confirm, and prepare for meetings with context-aware agendas.Attend meetings (as needed), take high-quality notes, assign action items, and ensure accountability post-meeting.Build repeatable briefing playbooks for recurring internal and client meetings.4.
Operational & Personal LogisticsManage complex domestic and international travel—including flights, hotels, itineraries, restaurant reservations, visa needs, and contingency planning.Coordinate personal appointments, family needs, home services, gifting, and events with excellence.Liaise with vendors, contractors, family offices, and personal service providers.5.
Strategic Research & Project SupportConduct rapid, concise research (e.g., client backgrounders, investment trends, vendor vetting).Support CEO in preparing presentations, content, and light project coordination.Maintain up-to-date Confluence pages, Jira boards, or equivalent project management tools for visibility.Qualifications & AttributesMinimum 5–8 years of administrative experience, with some of those in working with high performing executives, ideally in a fast-paced, global company.Proven ability to manage both business and personal assistant responsibilities.Highly responsive and available during extended business hours (including occasional evenings / weekends).Mastery of tools such as Microsoft Suite, Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira), Superhuman, and Zoom.Exceptional written and verbal communication in English (C1 level or equivalent).
